Warranty and returns
1. Legal guarantee
1.1. For other goods (accessories, propellers, pumps, batteries, mounts, anchors and other equipment), the seller does not provide a separate commercial warranty.
1.2. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 (two) years of delivery. In such a case, the consumer is entitled to a free repair or replacement and, where provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
1.3. Normal wear and tear and damage resulting from incorrect use, installation, storage or mechanical impact are not a lack of conformity.
1.4. This does not limit or exclude the rights granted to the consumer by the laws of the country of residence.
2. How to report a defect
2.1. Write to info@argo-drive.com. State your order number, describe the defect and attach photos or a video. Your order number or invoice serves as proof of purchase.
2.2. We will review your request and reply within 14 (fourteen) days.
2.3. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the goods at our expense. If this is not possible, we will reduce the price or refund it. Shipping costs of defective goods in both directions are borne by the seller.
3. 14-day returns
3.1. Goods ordered online may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt without giving any reason.
3.2. Before sending the goods back, notify us of your decision at info@argo-drive.com.
3.3. The goods must be returned complete, with all accessories and in packaging that protects them during transport.
3.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
3.5. We will refund the price of the goods and the original delivery cost (at the cheapest standard rate) within 5 (five) business days of receiving the goods, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of sending them.
3.6. The buyer may unpack and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the goods have been used beyond this, the seller may deduct the amount by which their value has diminished.
3.7. Goods with a defect are handled under section 2, and shipping costs are borne by the seller.

Delivery, payment and taxes
Orders are shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the first working day after them.
Delivery to Lithuania takes 1-2 working days, to Latvia and Estonia 2-3 working days, to Finland 2-5 working days. The delivery cost to your address is shown in the delivery calculator next to the Add to cart button and at checkout.
In Poland, ARGO boats are sold by our dealer HLO.PL Robert Zięba. Delivery to other countries is available on request. Send a request through the delivery calculator.
You can also pick up your order at our store, Talino g. 10A, Vilnius.
All prices include VAT. There are no customs fees on deliveries within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.
Companies registered in another EU country with a valid VAT number can buy without VAT, provided the legal conditions are met. Write to info@argo-drive.com before ordering, we will check your company details and issue an invoice. For private buyers, VAT is always included in the price.
