The Hidea HDF9.9HL outboard motor is a two cylinders four-stroke marine motor that delivers smooth, quiet, fuel-efficient power.

The entire range of Hidea outboard motors is covered by a limited warranty for a period of three (3) years or 300 operating hours, whichever occurs first, commencing from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances:

• The product was acquired from unauthorized Hidea dealers. In such cases, the seller bears independent responsibility towards the purchaser in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Failure to perform maintenance in a timely manner as prescribed by the manufacturer;
• Damage caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to fire, earthquake, flood) or due to third-party actions;
• Violation of operational, storage, or transportation instructions as outlined in the user manual;
• Unauthorized disassembly, adjustment, repair, or structural modifications carried out without the involvement or approval of an authorized Hidea service center;
• Natural wear and tear of consumable parts, including but not limited to: motor or transmission oil, fuel and air filters, spark plugs, and other components with a limited service life.

Warranty Limitations and Termination:
The authorized dealer reserves the right to deny or limit warranty coverage if:

• Structural modifications to the outboard motor have been made independently or through an unauthorized service center;
• The customer fails to contact the authorized service center in a timely manner regarding a warranty claim.

Self-Repair and Spare Parts:
For self-repair purposes, spare parts may be obtained from an authorized Hidea dealer or the nearest service center. Contact details and locations are available in the “Where to Buy” section.

Certain minor issues may be resolved by the customer independently.

Return Policy:
Product returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the customer offers a detailed explanation of the issue. Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing.

All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all original accessories, such as the fuel tank assembly, fuel hose with connector, impeller assembly, etc.

The customer shall bear full responsibility for any return shipping costs.
