Warranty and returns
1. Warranty
1.1. Petrol outboard motors are covered by a warranty of 3 (three) years or 300 operating hours, whichever comes first, from the date the goods are delivered to the buyer.
1.2. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects of the powerhead, lower unit (gearbox), fuel, ignition and electrical systems and other parts of the motor.
1.3. The warranty is valid provided that scheduled maintenance is carried out at the intervals set by the manufacturer in the owner’s manual, including the first service after running-in. Keep the receipts or other documents confirming the maintenance.
1.4. Consumables and parts subject to wear are not covered: engine and gear oil, fuel and air filters, spark plugs, water pump impeller, anodes, propeller and shear pin.
2. Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases.
- Scheduled maintenance not carried out on time, or use of oil, fuel or parts not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Running-in not carried out according to the owner’s manual, running the motor without cooling water, overheating or use of an incorrect fuel mixture.
- Damage caused by the propeller or lower unit striking the bottom, stones or floating objects.
- Corrosion caused by not flushing the motor with fresh water after use in salt water.
- Failure to follow the rules of use, transport and storage in the owner’s manual.
- Disassembly, adjustment, repair or modification without the prior consent of the seller.
- Use of the motor for rental, commercial or competitive purposes.
- Damage resulting from accidents, fire, force majeure or the actions of third parties.
3. How to make a warranty claim
3.1. To make a warranty claim, write to info@argo-drive.com. State your order number and the motor’s serial number, describe the defect and attach photos or a video. Your order number or invoice serves as proof of purchase.
3.2. We will review your claim and reply within 14 (fourteen) days.
3.3. If the claim is accepted, the motor is repaired at our service in Vilnius (Talino g. 10A). We arrange and pay for transport of the motor to the service and back. If repair is not possible, we will replace the motor or refund its price.
4. Statutory rights of the consumer
This warranty is a voluntary commitment of the seller. It does not limit or exclude the rights granted to the consumer by the laws of the country of residence. In particular, if the goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer is entitled to a free repair or replacement from the seller and, where provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
5. 14-day returns
5.1. Goods ordered online may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt without giving any reason.
5.2. Before sending the goods back, notify us of your decision at info@argo-drive.com.
5.3. The goods must be returned complete, with all accessories and in packaging that protects them during transport.
5.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
5.5. We will refund the price of the goods and the original delivery cost (at the cheapest standard rate) within 5 (five) business days of receiving the goods, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of sending them.
5.6. The buyer may unpack and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the motor has been started, filled with fuel or oil, or used on the water, the seller may deduct the amount by which its value has diminished.
5.7. Goods with a manufacturing defect are returned under sections 3 and 4, and shipping costs are borne by the seller.

Delivery, payment and taxes
Orders are shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the first working day after them.
Delivery to Lithuania takes 1-2 working days, to Latvia and Estonia 2-3 working days, to Finland 2-5 working days. The delivery cost to your address is shown in the delivery calculator next to the Add to cart button and at checkout.
In Poland, ARGO boats are sold by our dealer HLO.PL Robert Zięba. Delivery to other countries is available on request. Send a request through the delivery calculator.
You can also pick up your order at our store, Talino g. 10A, Vilnius.
All prices include VAT. There are no customs fees on deliveries within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.
Companies registered in another EU country with a valid VAT number can buy without VAT, provided the legal conditions are met. Write to info@argo-drive.com before ordering, we will check your company details and issue an invoice. For private buyers, VAT is always included in the price.
